ZitatThank you for your patience!Quick update on the Clark Ashton Smith documentary.I'm working on finishing up the first cut of the film. Its clocking in at over two hours! 2017 was a rough year for me personally so I do apologize that the film is almost a year behind schedule. I will post another update when the film is done and final plans for dvd production are in the works. Hopefully it will play at the HPLFF in Portland this fall. Thanks,Darin
Es besteht also noch Hoffnung!Quelle: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/clark…sy#/updates/all

Klasse, danke.

Juni.Genauer:
ZitatPerhaps less widely available will be Darin Coelho’s documentary on Clark Ashton Smith, which I understand will soon be issued by Hippocampus Press and will also be shown at the H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival in Portland, Oregon, this October. I was interviewed for the documentary, although I do not know how extensively I am featured in it.

Nach zweimaligem nachfragen und einer Woche warten kam diese Antwort:"Hello Niels, the next HPL letters to come out will be letters to MOE but not until I finish my proofreading. We hope to get a volume of the Letters of CAS out in October. I am not certain exactly how we will make sure all Kickstarter backers get their DVD copies, but will make an announcement as soon as we figure that out. The DVD itself will be released in October. Best, Derrick"

Danke für das Update!

ZitatThese are postcard inserts for the eventual DVD & BluRay release of Clark Ashton Smith Documentary: The Emperor of Dreams. We printed a LOT of them, and some will be given away at the H. P. Lovecraft Film Festival & Cthulhucon! Big thanks to The Art Of Skinner for the amazing painting, and Dan Sauer for the design.

Die Doku wurde beim 7. Stockholmer H. P. Lovecraft Festival gezeigt.

Zitat
An enthralling documentary about the third great contributor to Weird Tales magazine (along with H.P. Lovecraft and Robert E. Howard) and new light on a much-argued-about silent film classic.
